NGLA offers an educational experience that provides our fraternal leaders with inspiration, hope, and vision to navigate our world. During the NGLA Annual Conference, participants can choose from 100+ hours of programming including Keynote Addresses, Lectorials on C.H.A.N.G.E., Lectorials on R.A.C.E., the Graduate Student Encounter, The Social Excellence Series, and more programming for students as well as professionals.

Registration opens September 1, 2022 and closes February 17, 2023.

In an effort to prioritize the health & safety of our attendees and the communities around us, NGLA recommends all individuals that are attending the 2023 NGLA Annual Conference in Pittsburgh, PA to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. The CDC defines “Fully Vaccinated” as having received the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine primary series or one dose of a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine primary series approved or authorized for use in the United States.

Where is the 2023 NGLA Annual Conference?
The 2023 NGLA Annual Conference is in Pittsburgh, PA from February 23 - 26, 2023.

What is the 2023 NGLA Annual Conference Schedule?
The high-level schedule and detailed schedule are available. Participants may also create a personal schedule via the Whova platform.

What programs are offered at the 2023 NGLA Annual Conference?
Participants have a choice of 100+ hours of programming!

How much is registration and how do I register?
NGLA is committed to broadening the accessibility to education and development for our community, especially during a time of financial hardship for many. We are proud to offer high-value registration rates!

What are the benefits of registering early?
Our $305 Early Bird Registration is available until January 18. Registration increases to $335 per person on January 19 and is available until registration closes on February 17. Registration is not available on or after February 18.

Are there discounts available?
In addition to value-packed registration rates, NGLA will continue our Quantity Discount - For every ten student registrations, one registration to the same experience will be provided to a professional from the campus or inter/national organization. Limit of four complimentary registrations.

Are there scholarships available?
Yes, applications for scholarships are open until January 18, 2023.

Is there an opportunity to volunteer?
Volunteering for NGLA is a great opportunity to learn about conference management, meet fellow fraternity & sorority members, network with higher education and fraternal professionals, and be mentored by a NGLA Board of Directors member. Learn more about available volunteer opportunities.

Are there awards?
During the 2023 NGLA Annual Conference, the Northeast Greek Leadership Association Awards will recognize chapters, councils, communities, and individuals for their outstanding accomplishments in 2022. These organizations and individuals, through their programs, initiatives, and commitment to the fraternal movement, help to advance the mission of NGLA.

What meals are included in registration?
Registration includes lunch on Friday as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday.

What options are available for meals not included in registration?
Attendees are responsible for dinner on Thursday and Friday as well as breakfast from Friday through Sunday.

Dinner on Friday is on your own. We encourage you to make a reservation for your group at a local restaurant.
A La Carte breakfast is available at the Ground Stop on the Lobby Level of the Wyndham Grand Downtown Pittsburgh.

Is there a conference dress code?
Conference attire is casual. Participants are encouraged to wear apparel that represents their chapter, council, or campus.

How do I access to Whova?
Download Whova and find our program guide as “2023 NGLA Annual Conference” to view the program schedule and exhibitor information, connect with other participants, and more!

Access to Whova is granted with a valid registration. A valid registration is considered one with a completed Attendee Information Form and a fully paid registration or proof of check request provided to [email protected]. The email address provided via the Attendee Information Form must match the email address associated with your Whova account.
